Delhi HC verdict
Delhi HC ne verdict diya hai ki Amazon ka right to refusal - future retail ke deal me valid hai. Aur RIL Future Deal aage nahi jaana chahiye. Aisa kyun? Amazon ne Future group ke ek company Future coupons me ek stake kharida tha, 2 saal pehle, jisme ek clause tha ki Future Retail ko future me agar sale kiya gaya to usko Amazon ke competitor ke paas nahi becha jaa sakega. Aur pehle offer Amazon ko dena padega. Baat ko samajh ljiye, ye kaam wakeelon ka hai jinhone ek aanewale competitor yaani Reliance Retail ko identify kiya, aur uske liye aisa ek agreement banaya taaki competition ka khatra hi na rahe. Yaani Future coupons ka deal hua hi isliye tha ki Reliance ko roka jaa sake Retail business me enter karne se. Kya ye predatory acuirement nahi tha? Ye baat Supreme court decide karegi. Lekin Delhi High court ne kaha hai ki agar deal hua hai, to uske agreement ko legally respect karna hi hoga, aur isliye Future group RIL ke deal ko cancel karna hoga. Future Group kitne paani me Sabse bada sawaal ye hain. Ki Future Group ka future kya hone waala hai? Unke shares pichle kuch mahino me 50% gir gaye hain. Kishore Biyani ne apne statement me ye kaha bhi hai ki agar RIl ke saath final nahi ho paya aur merger ya acquisition nahi ho paya, to company insolvency me jayegi, matlab bankrupt ho jayegi. Future group ka debt repayment ke dates bhi kaafi paas aa rahe hain, isliye, ye ek aisa problem ho sakta hai jo India ka biggest retail chain ke liye end of the road ho sakta hai. Supreme court ke verdict me bhi agar deal ko cancel karne ki baat ki gayi, to fir ye baat saaf ho jayegi ki Future group shayad exist hi na karein. Yahi dar investors ke dil me baith gaya hai ki supreme court ke negative verdict ke baad unke pass exit ka time nahi milega. Isliye wo jo time bacha hai, usi me Exit kar rahe hain, aur isliye ye drop dekha gaya hai Future group ke shares me.
RIL kyun upar hai fir?
RIL inian market ka bada haathi hai, ye itni badi company hai ki isko chote mote news se impact nahi hota. Recently RIL ne apne refinery business ko bechne ke liye Aramco ke saath deal ke final hone ka bhi claim kiya hai. Ye positive news hai kyun ki sabko pata hai ki RIL apne refinery business se bahar nikal ke retail aur tech me aana chahti hai. Retail matlab Reliance Retail aurTech matlab Jio and 5G. Aramco ke saath deal ke baare me positive newshi shares ko upar le jaa raha hai. Aur future retail ki khabar ka impact monday ko bhi dekhna padega, ki wo RIL ko impact karti hai ya nahi. Lekin Jio ke upar RIL ne bada baazi lagaya hai, retail me unhone Whatsapp and Facebook ke saath partnership karke apna naya payment system, distribution network and advertising outreach badhaya zaroor hai. Lekin Retail abhi bhi reliance ke profit me bada role nahi play karta, aur yahi reason hai shayad, jis wajah se is verdict ka RIL shares pe asar nahi aya hai. Lekin agar ARAMCO ka deal confirm nahi ho pata, Airtel ke subscribers Jio se aage badhte rehte hai, 5G me AIrtel aur Elon Musk ka Starlink competition create karte hain, to shayad RIL shareholders ke liye baat chinta ki hogi.
