01) Oxycare Description
Oxycare is a device that releases the compressed oxygen gas to the user as per a predefined setting through an oxygen mask or nasal prongs. The flow rate is manually adjustable from 0 to 15 lpm, with the help of the Flow Regulator knob.
02) Technical Details

03) Storage of Oxycare
On receipt, check the regulator or ensure that it is in fully assembled condition. The regulator should be stored above the ground level or rack. Do not apply tar, paint, grease, or any other material inside the regulator as this could impair the performance of the regulator.
04) How to Install Oxycare
STEP - 1
Place the Oxycare regulator inlet steam nozzle with the matching threaded port seated above the
cylinder’s neck, and fasten the plastic handwheel found on the Oxycare regulator by turning in a clockwise direction.
STEP - 2
Fill up the humidifier bottle with distilled water up to the maximum level marked over it. Watch out for water levels at periodical intervals. If the level falls below the minimum mark then refill it again with distilled water only. Connect the humidifier bottle to the oxygen outlet on the regulator.
STEP - 3
Connect the oxygen mask tubing to the outlet of the humidifier bottle.
NOTE: The oxygen tube should slip comfortably onto the humidifier outlet.
STEP - 4
Slowly and carefully turn the valve on the top of the cylinder stem counterclockwise until you see the contents gauge register pressure. Full
tanks should be around 2000 PSI.

CAUTION: If the cylinder hisses loudly, turn the
valve OFF, and repeat the above step.
STEP - 5
Set the oxygen flow as prescribed by using the flow control knob.
NOTE: Twist knob to turn and adjust proper prescribed flow.
05) How to Uninstall Oxycare
STEP - 1
Turn the cylinder valve off by turning it in a clockwise direction. After the pressure has dropped to zero, turn the flow control to OFF or the “0” position.
STEP - 2
You may now change the cylinder by loosening the plastic hand wheel on the oxycare Regulator and remove the regulator. Follow steps1-5 above for reconnecting to a cylinder.
CAUTION
DO NOT attempt to repair the Regulator.
DO NOT apply/immerse the Regulator in any kind of liquid. This will void the warranty.
